We're on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Program Manager with a proven Operations industry background who will lead the effort in ensuring our Operations onboarding programs are optimized and provide a world class experience. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Onboarding I. Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, Training will oversee the crafting and enhancement of programs that push the boundaries of innovation. You will be responsible for leading a team who will design, implement, and manage comprehensive programs that enhance our WM employees' skills, knowledge, and professional growth. You will partner closely with Senior Leaders, business partners, SMEs, Learning & Leadership Development, and HR to deliver excellence to our future leaders and professionals. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 25% Learning Program Management - Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results. Create innovative and collaborative learning environments that engage the participant, manager, SME, and stakeholder. Manage multiple learning events and modalities simultaneously: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation. Responsible for end-to-end program management, overseeing the Project Manager(s)to manage all administrative details, including tracking, materials, communications, and budgeting. Responsible for measurement assessment of learning effectiveness. Evaluate metrics to provide insights and recommendations to optimize new and current programs. 25% Performance Consulting - Partner with Operations leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities that drive business results. Conduct needs analysis to determine performance gaps and areas of continuous improvement for existing learning programs. Build relationships with external vendors, training providers, and industry experts to leverage external resources and expertise. Participate in interviewing potential candidates across all workstreams. 25% Design Thinking- Partner closely with Learning & Development design partners to create engaging, learner-centered, interactive learning experiences aligned to business results. Oversee the development of solutions that create powerful targeted learning experiences in various modalities: virtual classrooms, eLearning, video, learning pathways, playlists, instructor-led, etc. Contribute to the evaluation and selection of learning technologies for the organization. 15% Project Management - Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects, directing the work of internal and external resources. Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including charter, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dashboard. Accountable for projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget. 10% Facilitation - Facilitate learning sessions to all levels of the organization. Present outcomes and evaluation results to executive leadership III. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes, will be responsible for the management and development of Project Manager(s) IV. Qualifications Must live and work in the U.S. The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Proven experience 8-10+ years in program management, learning and development, instructional design, or a related role. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Background in Operations industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field B. Travel of 50% The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. [or Canada as appropriate] is $120,540 - $183,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
