Job Title VP Cybersecurity What does a successful VP of Cyber Security do at Fiserv? You will be the Head of IAM Engineering leading our Identity, Privilege Access Management (PAM), Authentication, and Active Directory (AD) teams and be responsible for ensuring security and integrity of our organization's digital identities, user access management, authentication protocols, and directory services and play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective IAM strategies and solutions to protect our network and sensitive data assets. What you will do: Lead and manage a team of IAM engineers responsible for Identity, PAM, Authentication, AD operations and develop/implement IAM strategies and roadmap to ensure compliance, risk management, and secure access control across Fiserv Design and implement robust and scalable IAM solutions, including access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IAM engineering team in the design, implementation, and support of IAM systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, IT Operations, and Compliance, to establish IAM best practices, policies, procedures and perform regular auditing/monitoring of IAM systems ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards Oversee troubleshooting/resolution of complex IAM-related issues/incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations and collaborate with vendors/third-party service providers to evaluate new IAM technologies/tools Provide guidance/support for incident response and troubleshooting efforts related to IAM issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations and collaborate with the Operations and Services team to define relevant service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators for IAM systems What you will need to have: 10+ years' experience managing IAM operations in a large-scale enterprise environment 8+ years direct experience with IAM technologies, such as identity governance platforms, privileged access management solutions, directory services, and authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP) 8+ years' experience in IAM best practices, industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO27001), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) 5+ years' experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) and integrations with enterprise applications/systems5+ years' leadership/team management skills inspiring and motivating a diverse team of IAM professionals with proven track in driving IAM initiatives and projects 5+ years' experience in incident management, problem resolution, and change management in relation to IAM systems 3+ years' experience in IT service management (ITSM) principles and frameworks Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSEC are highly desirable This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
