This is an overnight position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The baker is also responsible for maintaining all areas of productions including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained. We are seeking someone with the following qualities: Responsible Extremely punctual. Our production depends on the baker Self-motivator Clean and Organized. Donut finisher duties include filling and frosting of donuts, filling od donut case during morning hours and cleaning up of work station at end of shift including washing all equipment, cleaning donut production area and leaving freezer and stock area clean and organized. "ƒ The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
