IDG’s Transformation Business Operations is seeking a Director, Process Transformation who is responsible for collaborating with the VP, Transformation to drive strategic initiatives and transformational projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing business processes, and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth of the organization. The Director, Process Transformation plays an important role in driving operational excellence and robust continuous improvement to ensure the organization remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving business environment.International Data Group (IDG) is a global leader in technology media, data, and marketing services. If you have been contacted by someone claiming to represent a job offer, please report it as potential job fraud to law enforcement.Partner with the VP to design and develop a process transformation strategy and roadmap; help design and drive the transformation agenda Assist with the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of continuous improvement initiatives across the organizationOversee and/or lead process and continuous improvement projects, including the design, development and execution of workshopsExpert facilitator in continuous improvement; creates an environment that leads to the identification of current state processes and baseline performance, brainstorming ideas for improvement and is ultimately able to work with participants to create recommendations to improve efficiency and effectivenessProvide program and project management, operational excellence/continuous/process improvement, and management consulting to ensure project agendas are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goalsCollaborate with various departments, business units, and senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvementIdentify and leverage emerging technologies and innovation to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experienceRegularly report on the status and impact of initiatives to the executive team and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks associated with projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsFoster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage feedback and input from employees at allBachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Minimum 10-12 years of process improvement experience encompassing facilitation, process mapping, identifying areas for improvement and creating prioritized recommendations for senior leadershipDemonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement plans for large scale transformational initiatives (e.g., technology, organizational)Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProven success where transformation initiatives are long lived/sustainable in the desired changes and impact"¯Certification in or practical experience with Lean/Six Sigma/AgileProject management certification (e.g., PMP) may be beneficialFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycleAt IDG, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $170,000 and $200,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).IDG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
