Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches.**All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.*You will:Quote buyers/sales LTL and TL ratesSet up LTL and TL shipments in TMS systemCreate return labels using UPS or FedEx softwareUpload/update DOT Med CardsUpload/update Driver’s license and endorsementsUpload drug and alcohol random resultsUpload new driver on boarding and road test documentsRun monthly expiration reports for DOT Med Cards and Driver’s licenseRun daily performance reportsMaintain the KPI trackerMaintain and update the monthly random list for all branchesPrepare weekly pallet sheet in ExcelNotate Unidentified logs in the GeotabAssist the Driver Supervisor as neededRemove Not on Truck orders from Descartes OnDemandAssist in keeping Driver records current in AccessEnsure driver lunch forms and missed punch forms are completed.You have:High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in an administrative function performing clerical tasksExperience with DOT related compliance on a commercial fleet program is preferred but not requiredValid driver's licenseProblem solving skills, possessing a high level of attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiencesSelf-starter working with minimal directionMust be able to manage multiple competing prioritiesDesire to learn state and federal regulations, including Department of Transportation guidelinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AccessKnowledge to TMS and Dispatch Software programsWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
