Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and direct the efficient operation of warehouse distribution at our laundry facility processing cloth products. This individual must be able to direct and develop all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations, service management, production and administrationDelivers strong operational performance by ensuring compliance with our organization and regulatory agency standards and programs, and translating corporate strategy into front line operational tacticsEnsures a positive, safe environment by driving compliance in infection prevention and food safety, employee safety, OSHA, Joint Commission, regulatory standards, and financial, workplace and legal requirementsProvides overall long-term planning, direction and control to assigned accounts within a defined district to achieve pillar goals and key business outcomesLeads recruitment and development of team, ensuring high performance, talent succession planning, and employee engagement; ensures use of applicable roundingEstablishes and maintain effective customer rapport and maintains mutually beneficial business relationships with clientsIdentifies opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention, and independently conducts client negotiations and renegotiates unit contractsInterfaces with client c-suite and regional management and their staffsDevelops District forecasts and communicates deviations to Regional & divisional ManagementDetermines plan that optimizes financial performance and productivity by conducting operational auditsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5 years' progressive management experience managing a complex business with financial and operational responsibility for that business, multi-site OR multi-departmentalBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceRequires previous managerial experience in food services in a hospital healthcare environmentSelf-starter, capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skillsStrong financial acumen required in order to discuss financial planning, objectives and resultsExceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of growing accountsMust be able to relate professionally and positively to physicians, clinical staff and healthcare facility executives with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and management skillsContract-managed service experience is highly desirableRequired Competencies:Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact withBe Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interactionBe Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safeBe Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we doBenefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental, VisionPet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance401k (match)Paid Time Off PackageTuition ReimbursementReferral ProgramGreat company cultureCollaborative team environmentEOE / Drug-Free WorkplaceWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
