Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Representative (In-Office)Location: Broomfield, COPay: $20-$21/hourLHH is partnering with a retail client in Broomfield, CO, to fill a Temporary Customer Service Representative role. This is a 100% in-office position offering competitive hourly pay of $20-$21.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chatResolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely mannerProcess orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracyMaintain customer accounts by updating information as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements:A minimum of 2 years of customer service experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computer systems and customer service softwareRetail experience preferred but not requiredPosition Details:Temporary assignmentFull-time hours, Monday through FridayIn-office, Broomfield, CO locationLee Hecht Harrison benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
