Job Title: Purchasing SpecialistJob Description The Purchasing Specialist will perform administrative tasks to support the purchasing team. This role involves extensive communication with vendors and documentation within various systems. Responsibilities include handling service-now tickets, vendor creation and changes, commodity price tracking, and managing Tangro workflows. Additional duties include tracking vendor enrollment in SAP, following up with vendors on Eco Vadis, updating and closing utility POs, and processing ACH payments for vendors currently paid by check. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in York, Pennsylvania. Work Environment Manufacturing facility with various environments. Primarily office areas but will require time in the plant where it can be dirtier and louder. Business casual dress code (jeans okay, no sneakers).
