Job Description The Industry CRM Digital Solution Architect role is a senior position within the Oracle Communications Sales Consulting organization. The role will be responsible for representing the CRM and digital channel capabilities of the Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience Solution. Additionally, the position will be responsible for thought leadership and architecture in context of the entire Oracle solution, comprised of orchestration, inventory, billing, and charging. Oracle CRM and digital solution architects are strong presenters and facilitators, gaining customer acceptance through direct engagement. They are also experts in the industry CRM domain, with the ability to interact with business stakeholders as well as solution architects. Basic Requirements: Communications Industry CRM expertise (Siebel CRM, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker) Previous experience with Contact Center, B2B selling, order management, billing care Experience as pre-sales consultant and solution architect Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally Preferred Requirements: Siebel CRM expertise Deep functional and technical experience in the Communications vertical Digital channel experience E2E solution architecture AI and Analytics experience, especially outcome-based experience Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities Specific impacts and expectations of the role: Lead the CRM aspects of Oracle Communications Solution opportunities Act as the lead architect for the CRM domain Understand and present the solution in context of the Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience Lead pre-sales activity for a given customer, architecting the proper solution, defining requirements, and working with a larger global organization to deliver success demo and POCs. When required, perform hands on application configuration Orchestrate RFX solution responses Lead presentations to key stakeholders Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $49.66 to $95.91 per hour; from $103,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
