Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities We need a highly talented Program Management Senior Manager for the AI 2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be part of a team of program managers delivering GPU infrastructure capacity to our most strategic AI customers. This team is focused on the success of our capacity deliveries, including: Tracking/validation of all new capacity, ensuring on-track delivery, and handling delivery-related incidents Coordination of hardware testing, managing initial repairs, and network validation Customer capacity handoffs and allocation of systems to customers Decommission/ramp down of older product offerings and coordination of replacement Managing customer proof of concept (POC) capacity Managing test environment capacity, including test prioritization and reset This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results. You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level Proven track record leading high-skill teams who are resolving complex and high-impact challenges A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities Ability to work independently and propose solutions Ability to lead other TPMs, design, and build engineers Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros) Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence Specific Responsibilities include: Responsible for delivery improvement programs, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery. Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results. Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholders Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
