Job Description Key Responsibilities We are looking to hire a Principal Product Manager for APEX to lead vision, strategy, and go to market execution of this platform. Specific responsibilities include: Leading and building a team of highly capable product managers and dev evangelists for low code app dev platform. Responsible for creating differentiated, innovative requirements, roadmap and increase consumption, adoption, and service revenue in North America Responsible for developing go to market content (sales, tech sales, website, campaign definitions, competitive analysis, demos, solution architecture, industry solutions, customer references, customer summit, pre-sales support, customer escalations). Drive innovative programs to grow the global APEX user community Work with engineering to plan releases, prioritize features, bugs, enhancement requests. Analyzing competitors and creating competitive differentiators. Collaborate closely with customers and partners, surveying them to ensure service is meeting their requirements and performing to expectations. Work closely with go to market teams keeping them updated on new features, value proposition, feature demos to help grow the business. Engage in high profile customer engagements from sales to post-sales support. Responsible for customer communication working with support on escalations. Present at conferences, events, and customer visits. Own creation of executive level strategy and execution documents. Own content partnering with product marketing for sales play content, sales and partner training and demand gen webinars. Preferred Skills and Experience 2+ years' experience in low code / no code automation tools including OutSystems and Mendix. 2+ years of experience with Oracle APEX 5+ years experience in app dev platform and tools 5+ years' experience in delivering cloud services. Published thought leadership articles, blogs and speaker in external events and conferences. Education Bachelors or Masters in computer science or equivalent MBA desirable Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
