Job Description Key Responsibilities As an Alliances & Channels Sales Leader, your accumulated healthcare industry experience and knowledge regarding key healthcare industry issues, trends, regulations, and competitive landscape are critical, and your familiarity with relevant EHR market competitors, including key industry practice leadership at key GSIs, key industry ISVs, and experience with the current trends and issues across the EHR industry are critical. You will use your experience, particularly as it relates to the healthcare industry requirements to position Oracle Health product capabilities and differentiation in Oracle Partner solutions, including data, security, and compliance requirements to help secure new business. Additionally, you will have a functional knowledge of the information systems and technology capabilities typically used to drive the adoption of EHR capabilities and supporting technologies. You will establish connections with Oracle Partners, with a particular emphasis on GSIs and ISV healthcare industry practices and business leaders. You will work with Oracle Partners to build innovative strategies and Oracle cloud-based solutions to solve key challenges across the healthcare industry. You will engage with Oracle Partners and Customers regularly through sales opportunities to deliver industry-relevant solutions aligned with our Oracle Health Sales leadership. These solutions should position Oracle Health and our capabilities as the default place that our Oracle Partners 'show up to work & invest in' for our customers. You will also be responsible for driving pipeline campaigns and converting Oracle Partner pipeline to closed opportunities with the Oracle Sales team. Additional responsibilities include: Developing bench capacity at our partners in each industry team with skills and familiarity with Oracle Health products & capabilities. Developing Oracle Partner GTM strategy in coordination with the Sales and BD teams that ensures that Oracle Health's share of market is growing in proportion to its overall business. Developing and execute strategic partner plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Reinforcing Oracle Health GTM messaging and strategy across the Oracle Partner community and target sales campaigns to drive net new growth. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional healthcare societies. Ability to implement and deliver against Sales business targets. Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities This is a senior position that involves entrepreneurial & sales leadership, technical depth, analytical thinking, creative instinct. Success in this role will require deep healthcare industry knowledge and experience, an understanding of and ability to communicate Oracle Health's key differentiation with compelling clarity as well as having strong sales and partnering skills. You should be well-known to the healthcare industry as a leader with vision and a critical connector of strategic partnerships within the industry. Minimum of 10+ years in an Alliances environment, with at least 7 years specifically to SaaS. Experience in delivery roles is an added advantage. Proven experience interacting with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) at the C-Level, demonstrating the ability to influence and build strategic relationships. Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize a sales pipeline within partner organizations, ensuring alignment with Oracle Health business goals. Expertise in demand generation, crafting joint value propositions, and delivering measurable ROI for both Oracle and Oracle Partners. Strong skills in forecasting, deal management, and opportunity engagement, with a track record of successful sales outcomes. Deep understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model, including market trends and competitive landscape. Competencies Clear and compelling ability to create new partnership activity based on mutual value creation for the customer and the partnership goals with a strong technical orientation towards solution building. Strong leadership qualities. Able to lead, develop, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams who contribute to the success of the company. This individual is a self-starter that operates independently with little supervision and has strong planning, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills and can organize across reporting lines of partner and Oracle. Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally and able to navigate and effectively lead the business in a matrix organization. This individual has the ability to take in customer and Oracle Partner feedback, including sensitive inquiries, issues, and complaints, and respond diplomatically. Business acumen - Able to quickly understand the Oracle Health business, its issues, take ownership to develop and implement a Channels Sales strategy with the team that positively transforms the business and drives operational excellence and increased revenues. Strong business and commercial foresight and strategic agility. Strong experience in creating new partnerships and finding new opportunities between existing Oracle Health Partners as a recurrent and renewable source of value. Qualifications 10+ years successful quota attainment selling infrastructure and analytics in the healthcare market. High degree of proficiency in EHR market and comprehension of healthcare industry trends, customer needs and business drivers. Strong business acumen and experience developing and delivering Partner & Customer facing sales presentations. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a collaborative atmosphere. Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships. A high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $130,200 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
