Job Description The Federal Testing Team is seeking candidates to join our testing team. We are seeking individuals to serve as Oracle Cerner consultants that support manual testing efforts of both workflow functional testing and technical/interface testing. Candidates should be comfortable leading testing sessions with Federal testing teams and stakeholders. Associates should be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities, while being very detail-oriented writing and executing test cases. Testers should have a collaborative mindset and a willingness to work with internal and external teams. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as a project team leader. Effectively consults with internal and external teams. 5-8 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Design and write manual front-end test scripts for multiple service line workflows and solutions to validate design and configuration against client requirements, and consult with clients through design decision impacts related to testing Testing is conducted for Cerner Millennium, Interfaces, Data Migration, Code Releases, Capabilities in support of Oracle Health Federal teams Provide testing oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders for multiple workflows within a solution Coach client on testing best practices and identify appropriate testing methods to complete system and integrated testing based on project scope, and partner with project stakeholders to identify and implement optimal testing plan Advise and consult with internal and external project stakeholders on testing activities, defect investigations, issues, and concerns related to assigned client(s) and/or service line(s) Perform automated, integrated, and exploratory workflow testing in accordance with client requirements Audit testing records to ensure required documentation and artifacts are maintained in accordance with testing compliance procedures Leverage solution knowledge and experience to anticipate and proactively mitigate potential workflow design and configuration issues Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, establish new or enhanced processes and best practices to address, and drive adoption across the larger team Train team members on testing processes and best practices May support prioritization and resource allocation for incoming work requests Independently evaluate requirements to build a comprehensive test strategy that aligns to the master test plan established for Federal Lead other testers and collaborate with project stakeholders to communicate and drive testing activities. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
