Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engagement Implementation professional with 10+ years of consistent track record success in program delivery of commercial hospital & health care industry. Strong program and project management experience. Skills and Competencies Coming into the Lead Engagement Owner Role: Oracle Cerner Consulting Methodology Project Experience Oracle Cerner Project / Financial Management, including Sales/Contract Exposure Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) Implementation Experience including high-level Cerner Solutions and Workflow Knowledge Able to Hold Executive Level Discussion and Maintain These Relationship Maintain and hold accountability to appropriate team members Strong Internal and External Relationship Building Skills Team Member Guiding / Coaching / Mentoring at All Levels Leading Complex Teams and Escalations Ability to Facilitate Discussions Towards Resolution Facilitation, Organization, Coordination and Problem-Solving Abilities A Concise and Effective Communicator Has a Strong Oracle Health Network or Ability to Navigate Oracle Health Skills and Competencies the Lead Engagement Owner Role builds: Ability to quickly diagnose project issues and risks (including resources, domain, solution, scope, financial, etc) so as to prevent and mitigate quickly Continue to stay up to date on Healthcare and Technology Industry Communicating to and leading teams toward Oracle Health / Client Strategies Financial expertise and strategy Sales and Client Road-mapping Promote Client Value Objectives, Organizational Change Management and Process Improvement Opportunities C-Suite Level Executive Exposure and Relationship Building Continue to Build the Oracle Health Network and Navigate Oracle Health Build Successful Teams 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong collaboration skills to deal with internal collaborators, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Day in the Life Recurring Tasks Accountable for overall health of project execution Manages/prevents critical issues for client and project team Risk Management and proactively mitigate and resolve engagement risks Mentor / Coach / Support all team members at all levels Oversee / Lead the Oracle Health Consulting Gateway Process Ensure OCM/critical metric and Value Objectives processes are met Lead cross functional collaboration with internal and external team members to complete client and methodology vision, objectives and strategy Maintain accountability for client programs Maintain accountability for external C-Suite level client relationships for Consulting Analyze and manage financial data trends via the monthly Financial Review Process Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only Canada: Hiring Range from $88,100 to $192,000 CAD per annum US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
