Job Description Lead Financial Analyst, Global Business Finance - NAA CORE Sales KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the Global Business Finance team, the Lead Financial Analyst will provide business analysis and support to divisional/functional finance leadership team. We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically minded individual to help the organization make smart business decisions. Responsibilities may include supporting divisional/functional organization with forecasting, budgeting, strategic thinking and ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be a key member of the Finance team and must be willing to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Include: Build annual budget model, ensuring alignment with business strategy Perform forecasting and analysis, with financial and operational metrics to provide data-driven insights and analytics Run ad hoc scenario analysis to assess potential impacts, identifying key drivers and risks/opportunities Proactively engage with Sales business leaders and industry teams, highlighting key performance metrics and action items Assist Senior Finance Manager with presentation material for Senior Management meetings Attain subject matter expertise in all finance-related functions, ensuring ability to effectively respond to requests with minimal guidance Acquire and maintain high-level knowledge across all business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges, and opportunities across the business Run quarterly close forecasting process with minimal guidance Prepare quarterly results and provide commentary and variance explanations Lead collaboration across the business support functions to streamline processes, improve operational efficiencies, and drive timely submissions Leverage analytic technology and key data sources to enhance financial analysis #LI-MS1 Career Level - IC2 Responsibilities PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2-5 years finance experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to stay organized, and prioritize objectives in a dynamic, challenging environment Ability to diagnose complex information, while identifying pertinent information to facilitate the decision making process Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Strong Power BI and/or Tableau experience/skills desirable Able to think strategically and operate effectively with management Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and change Self-directed, proactive with ability to multi-task LIFE AT ORACLE An Oracle career can span industries, roles, countries and cultures, giving you the opportunity to tackle new roles and challenges, while blending work and life. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
