Job Description The TAM Sr Manager will have leadership and management oversight of the delivery teams including TAMs and/or Support Engineers responsible for providing customers with the guidance and support needed throughout the full Oracle product life cycle of implementation. The key focus is to ensure successful and most effective use of Oracle's products and retain existing ARR and expansion. Prior experience to recruit, retain, develop, coach and empower to achieve Top Performance. Delivery Leader manages multiple Account teams and/or Technical delivery resources to exceed defined customer objectives. Strong client Executive and LOB communication essential. The successful candidate will be familiar with Journey to Cloud and Cloud business transformation including Managed Services for Cloud, On-Prem and Hybrid Environments. Knowledge of Infrastructure, SaaS and PaaS environment/architectures important for success. Experience running and maintaining Operations Services, leading delivery teams for positive client business outcomes and operating in a heavily matrix organization with strong collaboration and communication skills. Responsible for driving a high degree of satisfaction with Oracle's products and related implementation services and ensuring referencability for continued profitable revenue streams over the long term. Emphasis on communication skills, relationship building, customer management and critical issue management. It is important to note CSS manages customer's production environments, so a managed services background is critical. As a Sr Manager, this position is accountable for assisting in the creation of strategic objectives, operational performance, quality and budgetary objectives set for the entire business unit, while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Establishes course of action for the Line of Business. Collaborate with senior executives to ensure proper utilization, budgetary and performance goals are met, while being accountable for overall customer satisfaction and Oracle success. Creates the environment for team success today while developing new strategies for future growth. Defines business models in a variety of situations and industries that have a transformational impact on customers and Oracle. Solves very complex problems which require breakthrough ideas and/or unique solutions. Ideally, they will be a creator, builder, analyzer, optimizer - someone who instinctively analyzes results to determine how to make them better. Key Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years proven experience working in cloud computing or enterprise technologies at scale. 7+ years of demonstrated knowledge of systems, applications, and technology providers, with the ability to understand business and technical requirements, capabilities, and offerings. Oracle product knowledge and experience preferred 6+ years of successful management experience, including 5+ years as a senior leader. Definable and demonstrated experience in managed services who is well versed in legacy, SaaS, hybrid and IaaS technologies and services with experience working with C-suite across various industry segments. Passion for, and ability to have, cross-industry consultative conversations regarding business challenges and opportunities while building trusted advisory relationships with customers. An entrepreneurial leader who is enthusiastic, high-energy, and visibly passionate about building, inspiring and galvanizing an organization for rapid growth. Hands on - not just a leader/talker but also wants to roll up their sleeves to get the job done right. Excellent track record of consistently meeting financial and management targets while delivering increasing results and profitability through individual and team efforts with rapid opportunity prioritization. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with strong communication skills, analytical skills with a thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends. Focuses on actions and outcomes; driven to overachieve. Broad-based business and technology professional with 12+ years of Information Systems implementation experience in the package application space. Exceptional communication skills, relationship building skills, customer management and critical issue management experience. Have demonstrated the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. Have experience in building and developing impactful teams and developing and implementing strategies to drive adoption. Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is critical. Experience communicating and presenting to C-Suite and senior leadership. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $95,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
