OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler, preferrably an LPN, to join the staff in our team approach to providing exceptional care to our residents. The Scheduler prepares nursing department schedules and secures coverage to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the community nursing department. Works with HR and department managers in maintaining accurate time and attendance records (call ins, tardies, no call no shows, PTO) including recording timesheet adjustments in the HRIS system.Identifies open nursing positions and notifies the Director of Nursing and Human Resource representative of these vacancies.Orders nursing supplies and restocks as needed based on department and community needs.Performs general office duties including but not limited to photocopies, filing, shredding, sorting/distributing mail and assists with answering and routing incoming phone calls.Performs other duties as assigned.MinimumHigh school diploma or equivalentDesiredAssociate’s degreePrior nursing, clerical, and/or scheduling experience
