They are responsible for conducting intake interviews, gatheringclient information, assessing case eligibility, and providing guidance on the immigration process.The Intake Specialist ensures a smooth and efficient intake process to support the firm's clientacquisition efforts.This is an onsite job.Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their immigrationneeds, assess their eligibility, and identify the appropriate legal services required.ï‚· Listen attentively, ask relevant questions, and provide expert guidance to build rapportand instill confidence in the firm's capabilities.ï‚· Effectively communicate the firm's unique value proposition, services, and benefits topotential clients.ï‚· Evaluate potential client cases based on eligibility criteria, complexity, and alignmentwith the firm's expertise.ï‚· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptionalcustomer service, demonstrating empathy, and addressing their concerns andquestions.ï‚· Utilize strong sales techniques to close potential clients and secure their cases with thefirm.ï‚· Overcome objections, negotiate fees, and highlight the benefits of working with the firmto encourage clients to commit to the engagement.ï‚· Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to ensure asmooth transition of cases from the sales process to the legal team.ï‚· Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the client and their case tofacilitate efficient case management.ï‚· Maintain detailed records of client interactions, consultations, and sales activities in thefirm's customer relationship management (CRM) system.ï‚· Generate sales reports, track conversion rates, and provide regular updates tomanagement on sales performance and client acquisition.Must be Bilingual English-Spanishï‚· Bachelor’s Degree.ï‚· Previous experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably in the legal or immigration field.ï‚· Strong sales skills, including persuasive communication, negotiation, and objectionhandling.ï‚· Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurateguidance and advice.ï‚· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibilitywith potential clients.ï‚· Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.ï‚· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complexinformation to potential clients.ï‚· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets and businessobjectives.ï‚· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.WHO WE ARE:Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law is headquartered in Seattle, WA with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Texas.
