Keep reading.The Rental Technician provides excellent customer service while assisting guests interested in renting equipment. This position accepts payment, assists in boot fitting, mounts and adjust ski and snowboard equipment to manufacturer guidelines and assists in inventory control/management as well as the following essential duties and responsibilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)Greets and assists customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.Works with customers to determine equipment needs, date needed, quantity, style, and size.Shows customers available or appropriate equipment. Reviews rental and others fees to customer.Obtains suitable identification and deposit as security from putes rental charge and tax for customer.Collects payment from customer for services.Examines equipment for damages and designates equipment for cleaning or repair. Ensures proper fit for customer of all necessary equipment and adjusts to manufactures guidelines. Returns cleaned or repaired equipment to stock.SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSMust have the ability to operator a Point of Sale system and basic working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelMust be certified in any and all manufacturer or other company's required binding certificationsWHY WORK AT JAY PEAK?We're a team of good-natured folks at the heart and soul of a growing resort community.
