LHH is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturing company dedicated to innovation and excellence in the industry. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA. Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accounts receivable records, ensuring timely collection of payments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and the capability to work independently while collaborating closely with team members. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and send customer invoices daily and monthly statements.Accurately enter cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts.Process credit card payments and issue credits as needed.Reconcile customer statements and resolve payment discrepancies.Prepare and make bank deposits.Generate weekly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) reports.Conduct accounts receivable account reconciliation and aging analysis.Assist in monthly financial closings.Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Excel and WordStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Ability to work well with the team while maintaining a degree of independence.Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Erin Kile Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
