Job Title: Project Manager (Contract)Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: Tuesday - Thursday)Pay Range: $56hr - $57hrHours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 5:00 PMJob SummarySeeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This role will support strategic initiatives within the Global Finance organization, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and leadership development.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the FLDP, including project plans, communication, orientation, rotations, training, and social events.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment logistics, branding, and summer recruitment.Develop and deliver impactful training curriculum and learning opportunities for MBA colleagues.Create executive-level presentations and marketing materials for the program.Liaise with HR People Partners to optimize participant experiences through effective rotation placements.Plan and execute 3-4 large events, such as a tour of the NY Stock Exchange and volunteer activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in HR or operations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong project planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Teams.Experience with stakeholder management across all organizational levels.Knowledge of finance is preferred.Pay Details: $56.00 to $57.00 per hourSearch managed by: Riley Grubbs Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
