LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a HR Generalist, located onsite in Greenville, South Carolina. You will play a key role in supporting the human resources department in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The HR Generalist will be a primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Conduct new employee orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and compliance with company policies.Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Address employee concerns, mediating disputes when necessary and escalating issues to HR leadership as appropriate.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and fostering open communication.Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.Provide employees with information regarding benefits options and assist with enrollment and claims processes.Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure the smooth execution of all programs.Performance Management:Assist managers with the performance review process, providing guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.Support employee development initiatives by coordinating training programs and tracking progress.Ensure alignment between performance management practices and company pliance & Documentation:Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and leave tracking.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, including FMLA, EEO, and OSHA regulations.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and best practices.HR Projects & Initiatives:Participate in and support various HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness activities, and organizational development projects.Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide recommendations for process improvements and enhanced employee experience. Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.Skills:Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications:PHR or SHRM-CP certification.Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and talent management.Previous experience with payroll processing and benefits administration. Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
