Maintain order and upkeep of executive suite - includes preparing for meetings and handling all supplies, correspondence, and other requests Manage schedules, expenses, meetings and calendars for production executives Participate and take notes for conference calls and function as an extension of the executive team - adding input and assisting where necessary Collaborate with marketing team to generate social media posts, LinkedIn blogs, and website content for the studio Brainstorm and execute ideas for new business including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc Act as point of contact for Stamford community leaders and groups in regard to city events and Community Service projects, as well as off-site special events. Other projects as assigned Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Self Starter who proactively seeks out tasks and opportunities for growth Desired Characteristics: Minimum 1 year of production experience or marketing experience in a TV setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit Detail oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary Interest in daytime talk TV Additional Requirements: Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from at Stamford Studios.
