This position will require the individual to possess strong time management skills, attention to detail and experience with GAAP reporting and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition. The individual should have the demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment and be able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.Process monthly accounting transactions, including Cash collectionsComplete monthly bank reconciliationAssist with month end close process, including preparation of journal entriesWork with Senior Accountant to prepare monthly journal entriesPrepare monthly account analysis and reconciliationsGenerate scheduled and ad-hoc reporting as requiredWork closely with all team members to ensure accuracy and completion of all financial reporting within established deadlinesAssist with preparation of audit schedules for Quarterly and Year End reviewsGenerate ad-hoc reporting as requiredAssist with other accounting tasks as neededSarbanes Oxley complianceBachelor's Degree in Accounting or 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant involved in the Accounts Payable process of a multi-dimensional organizationSolid working knowledge of GAAP accountingProficient in Microsoft Office, Google products, SalesforceExcellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and focused on producing accurate resultsAbility to meet established deadlines a mustStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
