JOB SUMMARY:The Retail Operations Coordinator is the key person for all communication between the Support Center and the Retail teams. They are responsible for providing the teams with any updates to the day-to-day operations in a clear, concise and timely manner. They will also help ensure teams have the necessary tools in order to operate effectively.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Retail Field Communication Produces our weekly store communication, coordinating with all support center teams to provide simple and effective updates.Creates the agenda call notes for our weekly meeting with the Field Leadership Team.Responsible for the daily management of the Retail Operations mailbox, and responding to requests within 24hr-48hrs.Retail OperationsResponsible for keeping up-to-date the master store contact list and sharing a monthly update with all teams.Responsible for updating boutique opening and closing hours on our different platforms (Store Referential and Yext for Google).Fulfills requests for new name badges and aprons as required.Manages the Office Supplies Account and list of approved supplies.Responsible for setting up Hazmat training accounts as required.All other duties or projects as assignedKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Timely communication and delivery on projectsREQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree.EXPERIENCE:0-1 Years' experience in retail setting preferred. MINDSET & SKILLS:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills needed.Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.Ability to manage terest in Beauty Fashion/Retail/Sales is a plus.PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to work in normal office conditions.Must be able to work up to 8+ hours per day and be on their feet for extend amounts of time.
