If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile and join our global team JOB OBJECTIVES Responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement for Facilities Services for Colgate NA, Hills NA and Corporate Division conducting detailed spend, cost and market analysis and a structured approach to tendering and negotiating with suppliers. Develop and maintain vendor relationships including tracking and analysis of vendor spend and performance. While keeping an elevated engagement and alignment with our internal stakeholders and external partners to address the top business priorities, optimize the supply of these services and address cost reduction opportunities. This role directly manages $60 MM in annual spend and attends ( 14 sites - Manufacturing Location and Offices) JOB EXPECTATIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy for Integrated Facilities Management, Waste Management, Indirect Chemicals, Material Handling Equipment, Office Suppliers and Cleaning Services aligned with the organization's goals. Apply spend analytics best practices, and do frequent deep dives in the assigned categories. Update annual Supplier Segmentation in the category and risk management Identify opportunities for cost savings or optimization. Follow the Global Procurement governance in all projects, CRMC (Contract Risk Management Committee) approvals, eSourcing tools, Supplier Code of Conduct sign off, etc. Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with key vendors. They will ensure compliance with contractual terms, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any issues Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and follow Stakeholder engagement best practices to better understand the business needs and align on resources and priorities. Engage senior leaders in the Division as well as with Global and Division Engineering and enhance the global IFM management relationship Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to effectively manage the category strategy REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7 plus years in the supply chain. 4 years in procurement Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or relevant field. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong Business Analysis. Using business tools and information systems when solving problems and making decisions. Using data to support recommendations. Negotiation skills. Planning and anticipation, demonstrates professionalism in all business settings and shows ability to control emotions, mannerisms, and communication style. Teamwork and Relationship building. Being a team player when interacting with stakeholders and peers. Take leadership on key initiatives Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $128,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
