Trust & Estates Paralegal - Hybrid

Trust & Estates Paralegal - Hybrid Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Trust & Estates (T&E) Paralegal for a midsized law firm's midtown Manhattan office. This is a hybrid role with a salary ranging from $80,000-$140,000.Responsibilities: Handle estate administration matters for both taxable and non-taxable estates Draft, edit, and review probate and administration-related documents Assemble and organize financial records for estate tax returns and audits Prepare, edit, and review estate tax returns Prepare fiduciary income tax returns and settlement papers for both informal and formal settlement of estates and trusts Review Form 1041s prepared by outside accountants Be proactive in upcoming filing deadlines and meeting necessary deadlines Liaise with attorneys, clients, and various government agencies and services Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a T&E Paralegal in a law firm If interested and have the experience, please submit your resume (Applications without a resume will not be considered) Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
