Position Title: BBWD QA Analyst Overview The QA Analyst will be a member of an agile development product team. This individual will work closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver digital capabilities and outstanding customer experiences across mobile, online, stores, and 3rd party solutions. This role will support the QA Lead by executing test cases, raising defects, and other activities defined in the test approach for the development sprint. The ideal candidate is an experienced analyst within QA who enjoys working in a collaborative setting with all disciplines and has a passion for testing and creating a great customer experience. Responsibilities: Create, execute test cases and validation procedures established by the QA lead through each sprint cycle and production releases Raise, document, triage defects uncovered during the sprint for prioritization and mitigation Contribute test case writing, analysis and execution by way of manual and automated test approaches led by the QA Lead Build and update automated regression test library used to test ongoing changes to the digital products Participate in supporting smoke test validations following a production release Setup test inventory/data/order needs in development environments Participate in requirement grooming and 3 amigo sessions Contribute feedback and QA estimation sizing each sprint Assist product team needs/testing during the facilitation of final User Acceptance Testing Participate in all team scrum activities Report overall test prep and execution progress metrics/data to the QA Lead Contribute continuous testing improvement focusing on platform processes and qa best practices. Contribute to assessment and building of test cases candidates for Test Automation as directed by the QA Lead Participate in activities led by the QA Lead with other product team QA members to unlock dependencies and leverage shared test data, systems, services Drive continuous learning and improvement from the testing perspective Qualifications 2+ years holding a QA Analyst Role with a focus on e-commerce, user experience, website testing 1 or more years of testing on a team that follows Scrum/Agile methodologies Experience with setting up and executing test plans supporting integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing Expertise in mapping test cases to corresponding requirements and building out a requirement matrix Experience with supporting and contributing to test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management activities Ability to take feedback/guidance as provided Ability to complete key deliverables without supervisor oversight Salary Range: ($71,500 - $92,000) Core Competencies Lead with Curiosity & Humility Build High Performing Teams for Today & Tomorrow Influence & Inspire with Vision & Purpose Observe, Engage & Connect Strive to Achieve Operational Excellence Deliver Business Results Benefits We invite you to join Gingham Nation, where we invest in our associates through competitive compensation, benefits, and development opportunities, so they can continue to be their best at work, at home, and in their communities.
