Delivery Specialist

The Delivery Specialist is responsible for merchandise handling, including loading, securing, delivering, setting up, trouble shooting, and demonstrating. Reviewing lease agreements in also occasionaly required. Duties: Acqusition and Maintenance of Customers Verify correct product Review necessary information sheets Load, secure, and protect product in delivery vehicle Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise Deliver Merchandise to customers without damage Assist in merchandise returns Perform routine service calls Clean and certify merchandise in the QA center for all items personally returned Maintain the store's warehouse in a neat and clean fashion Assist in maintaining the showroom floor as per company policy Safely operate all vehicles Conduct daily inspections of delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met Confirm Customer identification, collect payments, and obtain customer signature on agreements Assist in field marketing programs as requested by management Deliver prescribed company advertisements and flyers when in the field. (5 up 5 down) Required Skills: Neatly groomed appearance Good communication skills Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products Professional groomed appearance Good driving skills Satisfactory MVR, DOT physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background check with job performance reference check and required drug testing, a valid drivers license, and compliance with company driver qualification policy. Physical Skills: Position requires bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time. Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and 'dollying' merchandise 50 - 300 pounds.
