Reporting to the CAC Program Director, the Lead Advocate is responsible for providing direct services to child victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and/or neglect and their non-offending family members that use the services of the CAC. The Lead Advocate is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising on-staff CAC advocates and case managers as well as coordinating with advocates from partner agencies to ensure a good working relationship.
