We know our employees are the key to our success and we currently have job opportunities available soYOUtoo can become part of our successful, energetic, and dedicated organization 4Departments that are hiring Job Description: Work as part of an interdisciplinary team for clients with a variety of personality and mood disorders who primarily receive in-office treatment but could benefit from peer support services. Use your own life experience to engage individuals in crisis, assist individuals with engaging in services and supports, and develop an individualized recovery plan. Promote self-efficacy and independence through providing supportive interventions as agreed upon collaboratively with the treatment team. Includes documentation and team meeting participation. North End Counseling: This program provides individual and group treatment for persons suffering from difficulty regulating mood or emotions, or who have experienced trauma and eating disorders. North End Counseling services are aimed at helping enhance your coping skills, enabling you to self-manage your emotions, build positive relationships, minimize crises, and improve your overall quality of life. We provide a full Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program, as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for trauma. Rapid Response: For adults and seniors experiencing a time of crisis, a Rapid Response Team quickly and seamlessly deploys mental health clinicians and peer support and recovery coaches directly to the individual, or individuals, in need. This team supports the community on a 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year basis. We are here for you Clinical Case Management: This team provides mental health treatment to adults with Severe and Severe Persistent Mental Illnesses on level III outpatient Homeless Outreach Work as part of an interdisciplinary team for unsheltered persons in need of community-based services, use own life experience to engage homeless individuals, assist individuals with engaging in services, and support the development of an individualized recovery plan. Play an advocacy role and promote self-care, illness self-management, wellness, and recovery. Requirements Qualifications: Must be certified as a Peer Specialist or Recovery Coach. Must be eligible for CRSW and Intentional Peer Support certificates. Must possess a valid drivers license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy. Experience: Experience working as a peer specialist in a mental health center setting and/or substance misuse services is highly recommended. Salary Range: $14.99- $21.36 Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
