DUTIES: As part of the product management team, responsible for product support in development, management, and commercialization. Accountable for ensuring that the products that SCB New York offers to clients globally are compliant with the Bank's policies and procedures and regulatory framework. Ensure that the products and process are in line with market needs and overall strategic product directions. Responsible for the development and governance of local cash products while also engaging and consulting with clients on their needs to provide solutions that are customized. Build client specific solutions that may be widely adopted in the future while also supporting Sales in the delivery of today's product. Work with Sales teams globally to support flow or BAU deals. Develop plan for innovating and developing local product set. Serve as Product Manager for the Corporate, NBFI, and Correspondent bank clients, executing cash commercialization agenda, including execution of product initiatives, supporting key deals, developing local products, and driving product revenues. Capture competitor intelligence and regulatory information to develop or reinforce SCB's competitive edge. Delivery budget through active management of revenue, penetration of product, driving payment flow with view to increase contribution, and returns at a deal or client level. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Standard Chartered Bank policy.REQTS:Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Must have six (6) months of experience with: Understanding data to prepare necessary information based on requirement from external and internal clients within a short timeframe, navigating multifaced internal and external databases and reports to evaluate market by extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing essential data to address evolving project requirements; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including using the integration of macros and statistical functions to create specialized data models to predict financial outcomes; Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills to design and deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations to articulate and showcase product offerings, visualize complex data, and generate actionable insights that aid in conveying key messages and proposals to clients; Leveraging Tableau Server to generate customized comprehensive dashboards, enabling stakeholders to explore key performance indicators and trends across various dimensions; Utilizing revenue modeling and essential internal calculation methodologies to develop and manage informative dashboards, present key financial indicators and revenue performance metrics, construct and maintain automated reporting processes for recurring analytics, and provide stakeholders with timely and accessible data for informed decision-making; Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, maintaining close communication with external clients, understanding client needs, providing effective solutions, pitching products, and addressing their concerns; and Extensively utilizing pivot tables to methodically sort and examine data and draw out key trends and features within the datasets to provide thorough insights into market identities.SALARY: $98,580 - $98,580/yearHOURS: Full time; Mon - Fri (40 hours per week).
