Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Security Shift Supervisors to oversee daily operations at a new start up. This role is responsible for managing security staff on your shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and addressing any security incidents in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in security, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise security personnel during assigned shifts. Ensure security staff are fully trained and comply with company and client policies. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure a safe environment. Respond to security incidents and emergencies, escalating as necessary. Manage access control systems, ensuring proper protocols are followed. Prepare and maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation. Coordinate with site leadership to address security concerns and needs. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients, visitors, and employees. Provide ongoing training and mentoring to security officers. Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Proficient in using security equipment and surveillance systems. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
