The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is seeking an individual responsible for compensation and benefits management. This person will partner with the Director of HR to design, develop and implement new and innovative programs and processes for compensation, benefits, and HRIS, including payroll, data analytics, open enrollment, onboarding, and HR compliance. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or other HRIS systems and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelors degree and/or 7 years experience in human resources with progressively higher-level HR experience related to compensation and benefits.
