Radial, Inc. seeks WMS Manager in King of Prussia, PA. Job Duties: Oversee and support Radial's Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize e-commerce and end-to-end processes, reduce costs, and enhance the consumer experience. Provide technical oversight across WMS, including critical upstream and downstream application integrations, and collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders to balance production stability with a customer-first focus. Manage daily operations of a high-performing collaborative support team and ensure fulfillment of customer Service Level Agreements (SLA). Onboard, coach, and address gaps in performance through regular coaching and constructive feedback to align with support organization objectives. Set clear expectations and objectives. Perform controlled/analytical resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate and root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution. Work with support leadership to ensure KPI's are meeting expectations and resulting in a collaborative customer support experience. Champion stability initiatives including better monitoring, failover, and resiliency. Provide guidance on feedback reviews with development managers and ensure outstanding issues are tracked to closure, particularly long-term strategic fixes. Leverage experience with Manhattan WMOS to develop and implement integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems and applications. Telecommuting permitted. ```{=html} ``` - Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related quantitative discipline plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the field of information systems, product management, business operations/development or related occupations. - Special Skill Requirements: Manhattan WMOS v2009 to v2015 and Manhattan Active; Supply Chain Management and 3PL; Warehouse Automation/Robotics Systems; Perl and Shell scripting; Oracle SQL and PL/SQL; Unix/Linux commands and troubleshooting; Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
