Come work with us NDS is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the VP of Business Development and the broader sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing the sales managers to focus on strategic initiatives. We offer flexibility with full-time or part-time options for the right candidate Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Prepare estimates and quotes for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in creating and maintaining proposals and business review templates. Manage order confirmations, invoicing, and trade settlements, taking ownership of the process. Accounts Receivable: Help manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from clients and addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries with a proactive and helpful attitude. Coordinate customer deliveries and liaise with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery, reflecting our commitment to helping our clients succeed. Embody NDS s value proposition through direct and indirect customer engagement, demonstrating a passion for our purpose. Business Development Support: Act as a backup to the VP of Business Development, providing support in various sales and business development activities. Pull and compile data for reports and analysis to assist in decision-making, taking ownership of the accuracy and relevance of the data. Process Improvement: Implement tools such as spreadsheet calculators to improve and automate sales-related processes, showing a passion for efficiency and innovation. Liaise with the operations team to ensure project timelines are met, demonstrating ownership of the coordination process. Marketing & CRM Management: Provide input on social media strategies and content. Manage email campaigns, customer profiles, and updates within HubSpot CRM, taking ownership of the CRM's accuracy and effectiveness. Maintain and update pricing guidelines in HubSpot and QuickBooks, ensuring they reflect our commitment to helping our clients achieve their goals.
