A Day In Your Life at MKS The Director of FP&A will support the financial, planning and analysis processes and financial reporting for the Company's IT organization and other corporate functions. The position is based in Andover, MA and expected to be in office 3 days per week. You Will Make an Impact By: Act as the central point of contact in Finance to manage the IT budget. This includes close partnership with the leaders of the IT organization to ensure two-way communications and strategic planning Continuing to build out our governance model and reporting to better enable the measurement of operating and capital expenditures against forecast Establish financial modeling to identify costs/savings/benefits associated with IT strategic programs Manage financial planning and processes for other corporate functions Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale the company's reporting and forecasting capabilities Develop executive level presentations with key financial data and metrics which describe the business drivers of the financial performance Skills You Bring: Demonstrated capabilities in effectively partnering on a cross-functional basis and engaging with executives in a manner that aligns financial analysis with the company's strategies and objectives Outstanding analytical and critical-thinking skills Detail-oriented, takes responsibility and initiative to act independently meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Established team leader with a flexible interpersonal style who engages and mentors individuals Experience working with IT project management teams preferred Proficient with MS Office Suite, including strong PowerPoint / presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum 7 years of experience in a Finance role within a large multi-national organization Preferred Skills: 10+ years in progressive Finance management/ leadership roles within a large multi-national matrixed organization Previous experience supporting Corporate functions for FP&A Supervisory Scope: Reporting Relationships: In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Finance, and have 1 direct report with 1-2 next level indirect reports. #LI-SHE Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
