Job Overview L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with Project Management Team on corporate procedure documentation Support project management team with all facets of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget Work with PM and Accounting team to update monthly Work in Progress reporting and assist with billing and collections Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment to gain and apply a comprehensive knowledge of our project management processes, as well as delighting our customers both internally and externally Ability to plan, execute, and deliver desired result Desired Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired. Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management preferred. 1+ years of project coordinator or project management experience Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills Requires strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Permitting and Code research experience Proficiency with gantt chart creation and/or project timelines Ability to maintain workplace organization EOE
