Master Carpenter

This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Lead Master Carpenter Supervising and directing a team of carpenters and construction laborers Interpreting blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required Planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction Inspecting work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules Estimating material or worker requirements to complete jobs Installing structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, and flooring Ordering materials and supplies, and maintaining records as required Ensuring all safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents and injuries Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure job satisfaction and project completion {=html} - 10 years' experience in running ground-up commercial or residential construction projects - Must be able to travel throughout Northeast Vermont and Northern New Hampshire - Bachelor's Degree related to construction is preferred but not required
