Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR works within the Sales Department and receives calls from existing customers inquiring about or placing an order for Flexospan's products. A Sales CSR will effectively inform customers about our products, build a positive rapport by listening and identifying needs, and provide solutions to customer questions and concerns. Duties: Advise customers about products and their associated costs. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice on products. Obtain transportation costs from a variety of Flexospan partners to include in customer quotes. Generate quotes for new and existing customers. Provide customer follow-up on quotes to check status updates. Ship product samples to customers when requested. Distribute order paperwork to plant staff for product fulfillment/production. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Qualifications: Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Previous experience in customer service or sales Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in data entry and computer systems Attention to detail is key Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic customer service environment where you can utilize your communication skills and passion for helping others.
