Job Summary: A Sales Territory Manager in Central New Jersey works for the Engineered Floors residential division, and is responsible for selling flooring products and building customer relationships that result in profitable, continuous sales. Efficient, effective coverage and management of accounts in the assigned geographic area is a key focus.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Initiate and establish new accounts to increase salesDevelop knowledge and enthusiasm for product linesInform District or Regional Manager of potential problems or issues of concernDemonstrate skills in overcoming adversity and temporary disadvantagesDiscover customer needs and/or reservationsDemonstrate perseverance, tenacity, and grit in pursuing salesExhibit excellence in presentation and sales skills with organized, efficient account management, and a plan for each accountUse samples and other sales tools with proficiencyUse technical skills to operate a paperless management of sales and accountsSubmit all reports and inquiry responses accurately and on-timeMaintain a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance at all timesExperience/Education Requirements:Ability to establish and maintain relationshipsOutside sales experience required; experience in industry sales preferredHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree preferredProficiency with applicable technologyFluent in spoken and written EnglishEngineered Floors LLC is an EOE M/F/Disabled/Veteran Employer and a Drugs Don't Work Member.
