Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST/PACIFIC TIME ZONE (or 9 AM to 6 PM PST) About us: We Sell Sponsorship Advertisement Space for a Charity Program Publications- Fundraising background is helpful. Comp Plan Flexibility Programs: Three Unique Plans Pay Per Call - Be paid for outbound calls made, plus commission. Earn $1,000 to $2,000 per month for calls made, plus commission. 200 calls per day = $100 per day pay 1,000 calls per week = $500 per week Calls paid at .50 per call with minimal sales requirements ($1 sales per call) All calls over 100 in a day qualify for payment at .50 per quality call. Earn monthly from the Pay Per Calls Made Plan defined above or 24% commission on total sales, whichever is greater. At the month end we will total all calls and sales, if your sales exceed your calls, we will pay you for your calls and 15% on the sales over the calls made, or 24% on total sales, whichever is greater. Historic analytics has demonstrated one must commit 6 to 8 hours per day to reach 100 plus quality phone calls daily. Commission Only Full-time and Part Time- Pays 29% for first ninety days for all sales from dollar one. (earn $2,500 to $5,500 per month plus bonus opportunities for sales made) Bridge plan toward a full-time or part time W2 sales employee, sixty to ninety days. 2A) Independent Sales Contractor - Full-time or Part Time, see 2 above. Manage yourself and your own team. Receive 4% override commissions on team sales. Bring in reps and create your own business, within a business. 3) W2 Company Employee Sales Pro- (qualify to become a W2 employee, one must produce $8,000 per month in sales two months consecutively using plans 1, 2, or 2A above) Pays $1,900 per month guaranteed salary for full-time, plus 24% for all sales over hurdle (Part Time W2 available also). Earn $32,000 to $72,000 for the first twelve months, income can grow over six-figures in years two and three. Includes benefits, plus: monthly, quarterly, annual and longevity bonus plans. One will need approximately four ads sold per week to qualify for Full-Time, W2 position and 3 ads sold per week to qualify for a P/T W2 position. Demonstrate the above closing ability for sixty days to qualify. Pay to Percentage of Sales: will relate to 24% to 29% of all new ad sales revenue sold. Historical ad sales per rep are $10,000 (1 ad per day sold, equals 24% commission) to $20,000. Earning Examples:
