Operator

Operates manufacturing equipment (i.e. scales, tanks, rotary mixers) in support of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) aseptic packaging. Compounds raw materials, following manufacturing batch records, with manufacturing equipment to produce required processing material. Follows Work Instructions, Quality Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Cleans and performs preventative maintenance or manufacturing equipment and documents conditions. Makes inspection room checks for cleanliness, material identification and operational initiation. Performs in-process checks of manufacturing steps. Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of machine. Shift work may be required. Experience in operating extrusion, injection or blow molding equipment and resolving technical challenges. Have a strong mechanical background with experience in trouble shooting with pneumatics and hydraulics is preferable. Good documentation practices and able to follow instruction while working in a clean environment.
