NY1507307 Job Title: Program Manager- Clinical Team Leader for Fulton County and Montgomery County Program: Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) -Children and Youth Interested Candidates should email a resume to with HBCI Applicant in the subject line The Orange/Sullivan Division of Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Clinical Supervisor for its expansion of the HBCI Program in Fulton County and Montgomery County. This program will serve children and youth (ages 6 up to 20.11 years of age) who are at risk for psychiatric hospitalizations. The Supervisor will oversee the program operating in Delaware and Schoharie County. This candidate will supervise 4 Masters Level Interventionist (2 in each county) who will carry a caseload of 3-4 youth. The supervisor will direct and oversee staff activities, lead the teams organizational and clinical meetings at least 2 times per month. The supervisor will provide clinical direction to the Interventionists regarding cases referred to the program. The supervisor will conduct in person home visits with each interventionist to meet the family and to ensure the accuracy of case assessment and risk assessment when needed for support. The supervisor will provide individual supervision to staff weekly and will function as the covering support for the family in the absence of the Interventionist. The supervisor will participate in all meetings associated with the HBCI program, including SPOA in both counties, OMH required meetings and trainings for the programs needs. The supervisor will ensure that all required policies, procedures, documentation, and maintenance of all files as per agency and OMHs guidelines are met. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all staff are trained in AWARDS and records are maintained per agencys requirements. In addition, the supervisor will be responsible to ensure that all youth in the program are entered into the CAIRS system which is now an OMH requirement for the HBCI program. The supervisor will work closely with OMH to meet all requirements set forth in the Expansion Programs Guidance Document provided by OMH. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with SED youth, working in fast paced crisis settings. This candidate will need skills to trouble shoot and multi-task independently when needed as well as understanding when to seek out support. This is an on-call 24/7 position. You will need to be available to respond to your team during crisis calls in the evenings, weekends and holidays if needed. As this is a new role, other duties will apply as the program is implemented based on needs and changes necessary to keep the program successful. Qualifications for this position: Candidates must have a Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Creative Arts Therapy. Candidates must be fully licensed to apply for this position. 5 years of experience working with the SED population in conjunction with holding a leadership role/managerial experience is preferred. Extensive experience working with the SED population is a plus. Bi-lingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidate must have the ability to work with a diverse population. Knowledge of trauma informed care service delivery and strong engagement and communication skills.
