As the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead a team that develops and deploys a wide variety of marketing and communications programs, spanning lead generation, communications, branding, digital, and social media. In this position, you will be responsible for executing tasks with precision, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting tight deadlines. This position will report to the Chief Experience Officer and will lead the marketing group in support of various initiatives throughout the rest of the organization. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically about our category-creating business and our customers' success, while working in partnership across all departments and all teams to ensure we deliver exceptional customer satisfaction to our blue-chip global customers. Laser-focus and hands-on execution are hallmarks of a successful PostProcess teammate. We're an early-stage company so the need to establish processes while remaining nimble and moving at lightning speed will be an important objective. Pay scale: $85-$95K + Equity in the company. Depending on Experience. This is not a remote position. Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide strategic leadership, develop concepts, and execute integrated marketing plans working with internal teams and external stakeholders. This includes lead nurturing campaigns, sales collateral and tools, trade shows/events, case studies, webinars, technical white papers and other materials. Partner with Product Marketing to produce visually engaging and clearly written content for product launches, events, email campaigns, and social media initiatives, simplifying information for easy comprehension. Lead the development and oversight of comprehensive social media strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and driving audience engagement across all platforms. Manage the company's website using analytics data to improve engagement and conversions and execute on-page SEO strategies. Create impactful messaging and content that provides measurable improvement in demand and revenue generating materials. Oversee writing and production of relevant content, including video creation. Monitor and track all marketing activity, including website metrics, email marketing metrics, social media metrics and media coverage. Report on social media analytics and track KPIs and offer recommendations based on results to drive continual campaign improvements. Provide recommendations for new and creative ways to demonstrate value to existing and new customers through different mediums. Distribute and promote press releases and report on media coverage. Skills and Qualifications Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans with technology companies who are moving from 'start-up' to rapid scale-up mode. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to make quick decisions with limited data. A continuous improvement / growth mindset with the confidence to fail fast is important. Proficiency with digital marketing strategies and marketing tech stacks to activate solution marketing and campaign development. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, including clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to articulate clearly with various departments. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team player approach. Ability to build trust and confidence with other stakeholders. Great multitasking, organization and prioritization skills with the ability to quickly filter to the highest priority need. Must have high energy, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently to achieve objectives. Education and Experience BS/BA in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 7 - 10 years of experience in integrated/digital marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success; 2 - 4 years management experience. Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, content management systems, email marketing platforms and social media management tools is required. Knowledge of the additive manufacturing industry helpful.
