What You Will Do: The Manager, Professional Trade Marketing is responsible for the management of the Redken Retail business in the professional store network (Salon Centric) as well as for the development & execution of merchandising vision in SalonCentric Stores (Professional & Consumer). Job Duties and Accountabilities Manage day-to-day operations of the stores business, including but not limited to sales reporting & analysis, managing budgets, briefing creative and purchasing teams, and presentations to key partners & senior management. Lead Monthly Stores Merch & Sales Recap, Merchandising Pitch Process, Fuel and CAPEX Budget Management, Stores Customer Meetings, and Monthly Merch Communications for SalonCentric Stores. Develop, in partnership with DMI, vision for elevated vision of Redken Wall in SalonCentric. Work alongside PPD Stores & SalonCentric Stores teams to develop & execute plans to engage store employees & create excitement around the brand (Demos, Training, Mailing, etc.) Leverage all SalonCentric, touchpoints with its customers to communicate brand priorities Manage channel specific promotional activity post-analysis to understand success rate, sell-in, & key learnings. Oversee the store cross-functional communication and timelines between marketing, sales, sales administration, creative, and promotional purchasing. In partnership with AVP, VP of Marketing & SC Stores team, monitor product assortments, planogram and visual merchandising, managing CAPEX, fuel & markdown budgets.
