Customer Service Representative If youre a friendly team player looking for a great full-time role, then this Customer Service Representative position might be the one Previous experience is preferred but not required Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Answer client questions by phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email Anticipate client needs, proactively connect with them, and follow up as needed Analyze daily reports and take appropriate action Forward escalated calls and emails to the appropriate personnel Update customer files Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and customer information Cheerfully support the customer service and technical teams as needed Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service is ideal Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Ability to maintain calm, focus, and professionalism under stress and with interruption Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time The Customer Service Representative works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
