What You'll Do: Lead the Charge: Organize and participate in cleaning and sanitation processes throughout our facility, ensuring every corner is up to our high standards. Coordinate the Crew: Manage and direct the cleaning team to keep production areas spotless and organized, both inside and outside. Safety First: Uphold food safety and personal safety while handling cleaning chemicals, following all standard procedures. Train and Inspire: Provide clear instructions and training to the cleaning team, ensuring tasks and schedules are followed with precision. Document and Manage: Ensure all cleaning documentation is accurately completed and maintain the availability of tools, equipment, and chemicals. Communicate and Resolve: Identify any issues related to cleaning and report them to the Senior QA Manager. Conduct periodic checks of cleaning records. Adapt and Excel: Perform other related duties as assigned to support our team's success. What We're Looking For: Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality systems and controls is a plus. HACCP Certification and Forklift Certification are highly desired. Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read and write in both languages. Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Capable of prioritizing and multitasking, with the ability to work independently. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Flexibility required) Pay Rate: $19.32 - $22.29 per hour, depending on experience Supervisory Responsibility: Lead and oversee the Cleaning Team Coverage During Absence: Quality Assurance Assistant Apply today and take the next step in your career with a leading name in industrial baking
