Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager is a natural collaborator who has a deep understanding of technical product management and a strong business acumen. The Senior Product Manager is a future focused thought leader who can articulate the overall product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to align on outcomes, metrics for success and prioritization. As the Senior Product Manager you will work closely with the executive team to innovate business opportunities by anticipating market trends then executing strategically and efficiently. The right person for this role can identify business value, solve complex problems, concisely articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and ultimately drive results. Your Role: Coordinate with the Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Product on the vision, strategy and execution for ongoing product evolution Perform market research to evaluate and prioritize product opportunities based on business objectives like lowering customer acquisition cost, scaling revenue growth, or accelerating revenue recognition Institute and manage best practices for incorporating qualitative user feedback into product development Institute and manage best practices for incorporating quantitative data analytics into product development Drive and measure user adoption at a feature level to accelerate iterative product evolution Support the development and delivery of weekly and monthly milestones in the quarterly product plan Contribute to revenue modeling and appropriate pricing strategies for product offerings Drive effective adoption of new products and features through established marketing materials, internal and external and rollout plans Be an internal leader and partner for understanding, articulating, and solving complex business problems related to platforms, systems, and infrastructure Identify issues and blockers that may delay the launch or impede the success of projects Work directly with technical leaders across the organization as a partner, helping to problem solve and ensure alignment with overall product vision and strategy Communicate progress and strategic evolution regularly to senior executives Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the product development organization, focusing on quality, reliability, and the appropriate level of scalability What We Look For: 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on platforms and systems and five plus years in digital advertising products, e-commerce, or relevant industry Strategy and analysis experience, MBA preferred Proven track record of building and launching products at scale Ability to articulate strategy and define roadmap Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, prioritize and evaluate opportunistic ideas with internal and external partners Knowledge of data-driven development methodologies and current development strategies Fluency is headquartered in Vermont. This position is remote US based. If local, you have the option to go into the office.
