You will be part of a company committed to helping you build a fulfilling and rewarding career.CNC Programmer and Setter Position Overview: Program and Set-Up various CNC machines.CNC Programmer and Setter Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Develop CNC ProgramsSet up CNC machines.Develop CNC machining process for new projects.Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the production schedule.Selecting cutting tools and work-holding tools for new projectsProvide training to machine operators for each new set up/process.Maintain and improve daily productivity.Update and modify outdated programs, implement latest cutting techniques, and lean methodology.Troubleshoot minor machine errors, program errors.Maintain quality and safety control standards.Work effectively with other departments to achieve the common goal.Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications):High school diploma or GED2 years set up experience in house or previous employer.Programming: in-house training and trade school or minimum 2 years programming experience with Swiss Screw machines5 years min Swiss Screw Machine operation experienceIn-house QSP trainingBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision Insurance Generous Paid time offEAP ProgramEmployee Referral programSchivo Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
